I love to engage with people figuring out their needs, being the technical touch point for some – the communicator for others.

As a team lead and department head, I am a proponent of agile methodologies and having a productive development process – it's a mindset aiming for velocity and quality in terms of robustness and maintainability. As a problem solver I will first go and understand the business needs and then work towards the best solution in terms of available resources and quality assertions.

Coming from running a web agency and software shop I know about both technical and entrepreneurial aspects of building, maintaining and selling software products – for almost two decades. In my years in banking I gained experience with how stakeholder management in a heavily regulated corporate environment works.
